This one is pretty simple and is the perfect choice for someone who has just started doing her own nail painting. You won’t require any tools apart from your nail paints either. And you get to play with the choice of colours as well!

What you need:

  • Pastel blue nail polish
  • White nail polish
  • Pastel coral nail polish

Method:

  • Clean the nails and apply a base coat in order to protect your nails.
  • Use pastel blue polish to create a vertical stripe in one corner, leaving some space near the cuticle.
  • Paint the centre one a little lower.
  • Make the last stripe even lower than the earlier one.
  • Repeat this with the other two colours.
  • Seal it with a top coat and voila, the nails are ready!

  • A stiff paint brush

Method:

  • Paint your nails using white as a base.
  • Now take the stiff brush, dip it in blue paint, run your fingers over the brush while bending it and direct it at your nails so that brush paint splatters onto your nails.
  • Repeat the same with all the other coloured paints.
  • Use a cotton swab dipped in nail paint remover to clean up around the nails.
  • Apply the top coat to finish.
