Do you find party makeup intimidating? Well, it can be, but you don’t have to complicate it. Just some nice eye makeup and a bold lip, and you’re good to go! Watch as Neelakshi Singh shows you how to work that easy party glam with a super quick makeup look.

P.S. Don’t miss out on her smart makeup tips along the way!

Step 01: Well-hydrated skin is the secret to perfect makeup. So, start off by applying your favourite moisturiser.

Step 02: Apply a thin, even layer of primer all over your face. This will help your makeup last longer.

Step 03: Next, go on to you eye makeup. This will give you a chance to clean up any  eyeshadow fallout before you get to your base. For this, apply some concealer all over the eyelids; this will improve the eyeshadow colour payoff and you’ll notice a vibrant end result.

Step 04: Start off by using a coral shade all over the eyelid. If you have hooded eyes, define the crease area with a darker colour of your choice. If you notice excess eyeshadow, take some loose powder and a fluffy blending brush and buff it out. Then for that doe-eyed effect, use a shimmer shade on the inner corners of the eyes. With that, the eyes are done!

Step 05: Brush your brow hair down using a spoolie and then start filling in the sparse areas with thin hair-like strokes for a natural looking finish. Use a light hand while creating strokes especially at the start of the brow. Then brush the brow hair upwards to complete the brow transformation.

Step 06: Take a liquid eyeliner and draw an extended line on the outer edge of your eyes making an angle with your eyebrows.

Step 07: Dot your foundation all over the face, neck and chest. Then use a wet makeup sponge to create a flawless and natural looking base.

Step 08: Now, if you notice any blemishes, fine lines or discoloration, use a concealer to hide them in a jiffy.

Step 09: For contouring, use a dark brown shade and apply it with your fingers on the sides of the nose, cheeks and jawline. Then use upward blending stokes to buff out the contour into the skin. This will add dimension to your facial features.

Step 10: Use loose setting powder to set the base makeup in place. This step will make sure that your base stays intact for a longer period of time.

Step 11: Use a pink blush to add a flush of colour to the apples of your cheeks.

Step 12: For the lower lashes, apply a dark colour on the outer corners of the eyes. Then use a shimmery shade on the inner corners of the eyes.

Step 13: Line your lips along the natural lip line and then fill it in with a bright poppy red lipstick.

With that, it's a wrap on this quick and easy party makeup look. Do try it and let us know how it turns out.
