Use a tone up cream or CC cream for a flawless base
There might be a million base makeup products in your makeup kit but deep down you know that you don’t need that many, don’t you? So downsize your face makeup by just adding a tone up cream or a BB cream to your arsenal. These babies are one man army that can help hide imperfections and give you a smooth and seamless base.
Sub your lipstick for a blush
This one’s a no brainer and chances are you already do it once in a while. You can totally use your lip colours on your cheeks for a beautiful flush and even your lids and make some extra space in your beauty drawer. Plus, you can score a gorgeous monochrome makeup look in a jiffy.
No lash primer? No problem!
You don’t (necessarily) need to buy a lash primer to amp up your lash game. All you need to do is buff some of your loose powder on your lashes before applying mascara. Apply a coat of loose powder on your lashes to make it appear fuller, plump and bomb, without any lash primer.
Use eyeshadow as liner and vice versa
Whether you are an eyeshadow palette hoarder or an eyeliner enthusiast, you can cut down on your eye makeup stash by using one for the other. To use your eyeshadow shade as a liner, mix the colour with some oil or petroleum jelly and apply a stroke with an angled brush. Similarly, pack your liner on your upper lid and blend with an eyeshadow brush.
