Lakmé Fashion Week 2021: How To Recreate The Dewy Summer Makeup Look From Day 3
Written by Sanya HamdaniMar 19, 2021
Day 3 of the Lakmé Fashion Week 2021 had quite a few surprises in store for us. Day 3 started with a bang as designer Nidhi Yasha showcased her collection titled ‘The Gypsy’s Wife,’ an ode to love and longing. The show was a visual treat, to say the least; from flirty ruffles, fringes and rich tassels over sheer layers, to tribal and nature-inspired prints, the fun patterns kept us hooked.
But the dewy makeup look on the models exuded major summer vibes and completely stole the show for us. Paired with simple hairdos and delicate floral hair accessories, it was a sight to behold!
If you are looking for a fresh and dewy makeup look that screams summer, this one’s should be right up your alley. Here’s how to recreate it.
Step 01: To ensure your dewy summer makeup look doesn’t melt in a few hours, begin by applying a pea-sized amount of the Lakmé Absolute Blur Perfect Makeup Primer all over your face to blur out fine lines and pores. Give it a minute to settle into the skin.
Step 02: Next, dot the Lakmé Absolute 3D Cover Foundation all over your face and neck. Blend it using a brush or a damp makeup sponge. The water-based formula blends seamlessly into the skin to give it a fresh and dewy finish.
Step 04: To enhance the glow and ace the perfect summer dewy look, swipe on some of the Lakmé Absolute Highlighter – Moon Lit on to the high points of your face such as your cheekbones, bridge of your nose, the centre of the forehead, cupid’s bow and chin.
